EMR/PM TRAINER AND SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Entry Level, Akron, OH

Job Description: We are seeking an entry level EMR/PM Trainer and Support Specialist (McKesson Practice Partner EMR or Lytec PM software experience preferred). Includes software installation, set-up, training, troubleshooting and resolving client needs.

Requirements: Knowledge of medical environment and EMR. Knowledge of computers and their applications. Ability to clearly instruct and direct others. Demonstrate excellent facilitation, presentation and organization skills. Teaching concepts and principles to support a business process or lifecycle (workflow). Problem solving skills. Ability to maintain effective working relationships. Good listening skills, collaborative, team-oriented and highly-organized. Proactive, self- driven, able to work well in an unstructured environment while meeting all deadlines. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills of material. Experience in medical billing/medical office procedures. Technical skills will be based on experience and assessed during interview process. Competitive salary, based on experience, with benefits.
